About NexisLearn

NexisLearn is operated by Muhammad Asif Khan, trading as NexisLearn. Contact: [email protected].

Business address: 18 Chelmer Close, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2TB, United Kingdom.

The service

NexisLearn provides online GCSE English Language resit learning through its website, WooCommerce and Moodle. The free taster is a short, genuine sample of the learning approach. It is not a full diagnostic, grade prediction or pass/fail test.

NexisLearn is not a school, private-tuition service, examination centre or substitute for required face-to-face teaching. It does not guarantee Grade 4 or any other result, predict examination questions, or claim approval or endorsement from AQA, Pearson Edexcel or another exam board.

Eligibility and accounts

Individual self-registration is for learners aged 16 or over. Under-16 access must be arranged through a school or college using an institution-led route and school-managed contact details.

Account information must be accurate. Login details must be kept secure and must not be shared. Contact [email protected] promptly if an account may have been compromised.

Free taster

The GCSE English Resit free taster costs £0. No card payment is required. Access depends on account creation and the reasonable availability of the website and Moodle platform. We may improve or update the free content without creating a paid obligation. At checkout, learners can optionally opt in to receive occasional emails about new NexisLearn courses.

Full course

The full paid course is £99 one-off, with a launch price of £79. Purchase includes two years’ access from enrolment and the complete six-skill course. The Mock Exam Pack is a separate paid product (£24.99 one-off, or £14.99 as an existing-learner add-on) and is not included in the course price.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. For a paid product, a contract is formed when payment is confirmed and an order-confirmation email is issued. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored by NexisLearn.

Immediate digital access and cancellation

Paid digital content may be made available immediately. Before relying on any early loss of the normal cancellation right, checkout must obtain the consumer’s express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the effect on the cancellation right, and the required confirmation. Full details appear in the GCSE English Resit Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights. Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any stated purpose. Legal remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed content remain available.

Learning conduct and intellectual property

Course text, activities, original questions, videos, downloads and designs are owned by or licensed to NexisLearn. Access is for the authorised learner’s personal educational use. Users must not share accounts, redistribute or resell materials, scrape the platform, interfere with its operation, or use course materials to train an AI model without written permission.

We may proportionately restrict access where there is a serious or repeated breach, while respecting statutory rights and any paid contractual entitlement.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work and third-party outages may occasionally affect the service. Material changes will not retrospectively remove the substance of content already purchased without an appropriate remedy.

Support and safeguarding boundaries

Support covers accounts, enrolment, platform access, course navigation and accessibility requests. NexisLearn is not an emergency, counselling or safeguarding-reporting service. In immediate danger call 999. A learner connected with a school or college should normally use that institution’s designated safeguarding lead.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, NexisLearn is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for failures caused by circumstances outside reasonable control. This wording will be reviewed with a solicitor.

Complaints, law and contact

Send complaints to [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply. We may update the terms prospectively; the current dated version will remain available on this page.
