When you register for a course or create an account, we collect your name and email address. This is used solely to create your account, process your enrolment, and send you course-related communications.

When you make a purchase, we collect billing information necessary to process your payment. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. NexisLearn never stores your card details on our servers.

If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry.

We use cookies to maintain your login session and to ensure the platform functions correctly. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Where your data is stored

All data collected by NexisLearn is stored and processed on servers located in the United Kingdom. Your data is not transferred to, stored in, or processed in any country outside the UK.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the following service providers, strictly as necessary to operate the platform:

  • Stripe — payment processing (card transactions only)
  • Brevo — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, account emails)
  • Cloudflare — security and traffic routing

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and handle your data in compliance with UK GDPR.

How long we keep your data

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
