Refund and Returns Policy

Try before you buy

Module 0 — AI in the Classroom: A Safe Start — is completely free. You can complete the full module, assess the quality of our teaching, and experience the platform before spending a penny. We encourage you to do this before purchasing any paid module.

14-day cooling-off period

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of payment.

Because our course content is digital and made available to you immediately on purchase, this statutory right ends early once you begin accessing that content — unless you have completed fewer than 2 modules, in which case we extend a full refund as a matter of our own policy (see below), on top of your statutory rights.

Our refund policy

We want every teacher to feel confident purchasing. Our policy is straightforward:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 2 modules have been completed.
  • No refund is available after 14 days, or once 2 or more modules have been completed.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval.

We would encourage any learner who is dissatisfied to contact us at [email protected] before requesting a refund — in many cases we can resolve concerns directly, for example by helping with a technical issue or answering a question about the course.

After 14 days, or 2+ modules completed

No refund is available once you are outside the 14-day window, or once you have completed 2 or more modules, whichever comes first. This reflects that you have had meaningful access to the paid content.

School and MAT licence purchases

For school or MAT licence purchases, please contact us at [email protected] before purchase to discuss your requirements. Refund requests for institutional licences are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Course updates and access extension

Your individual teacher licence gives you 2 years of access from the date of enrolment, updated each September.

If you enrol within 8 weeks of a scheduled course update, your access period will be automatically extended to ensure you receive the full benefit of the updated content at no extra cost.

Exceptional circumstances

We will always act reasonably. If you experience a significant technical failure on our part that prevents access to content you have paid for, we will offer either a full refund or an extended access period at our discretion.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with a refund decision, please contact [email protected] marked “Refund Dispute.” We will review all disputes within 5 working days and respond in writing.
