Free Introduction

The Free Introduction costs £0 and requires no card payment, so there is no purchase price to refund.

Paid digital content

The full paid course (£99 one-off; early bird £79 until 30 September 2026) and the Mock Exam Pack (£24.99 one-off, or £14.99 as an existing-learner add-on) are available for purchase.

On top of your statutory rights, NexisLearn offers its own refund policy for individual learners: you can request a full refund of the full course at any time before you have completed two strands. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for a distance purchase. Special rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately. NexisLearn does not rely on early loss of the cancellation right unless checkout has obtained the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation.

These cancellation rules are separate from statutory rights. If paid digital content is faulty, unavailable, misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality, the remedies provided by consumer law remain available.
